When we initially thought about putting a pool in the backyard, it was important for the pool to meet several key criteria. The most important aspect was that we wanted our pool to be unique and nothing like anyone in the neighborhood or town had seen before. Additionally, it was critical that the pool matched the style of our house as if they were both built at the same time. These two factors led us to request materials inside and outside of the pool that Lux Custom Pools had never used before. Nevertheless, they not only made it happen but were extremely successful in doing so! Before the pool was even close to being finished, we had multiple neighbors come over and share how much they loved the design and execution of the pool. Now that the pool is completed, we love the finished product and no one can even tell that the house and pool were built 5 years apart. Beyond the pool itself, Billy and the crew at Lux Custom were amazing to work with. Regardless of whether it was Billy or his staff, communication was never an issue. If there was something done we did not like, they made sure it was corrected and up to our standards without issue. Putting a pool in can have its challenges, but Lux Customs made the process seamless and efficient. Even now that their job is done, they are always reachable and willing to help. If you want a beautiful pool from good people, we cannot recommend Lux Custom Pools enough!

We own and operate an Airbnb in Windy Hill, did research that suggested adding a pool would bring more revenue. After many appts to get quotes we decided to go with Lux. The process to get an Inground pool requires much patience. Gerda provided us the seamless service we needed. I texted Gerda at all times of the day and nite and she ALWAYS came through with complete 💯 % professionalism. Our pool is amazing, our guests can’t rave enough about how beautiful it is. On multiple occasions we met with owner Billy, he is a nice businessman and provides quality work. With Gerda’s management skills this establishment is by far the best on the Grand Strand. It’s been about a year since we had our pool built and our experience continues to be excellent. We had a couple pavers crack over the winter and they replaced them promptly.
